Because of our small size, cancellations have a negative impact on us. Therefore our policy is strict because a last minute cancellation leaves us little opportunity to re-rent the rooms.

The deposit will be refunded with pleasure if the cancellation is made before the start of the cancellation period described below. Whether the cancellation or shortening of stay, no refund will be made if the cancellation period is not respected. However, it is possible to transfer your booking to a person of your choice.

1 Low season: Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival results in costs equivalent to one night, taxes included for stays of 3 nights. Beyond two nights, 30% will be charged.

2 High season and holidays: A deposit equivalent to 50% of the cost of your stay is required at time of booking. The deposit will be refunded for a cancellation or amendment received 30 days prior to arrival.

3 For a stay of 1 to 2 nights, a deposit of one night will be charged

All bookings must be confirmed and guaranteed by a credit card with expiry date and the last 3 digits of the symbol on the back of your card (the card number is just a guarantee. Payment is due upon departure your stay. Only cash, Visa Card, MasterCard and checks are accepted vacation. The bank checks are accepted only for deposits received in a minimum time of 15 days prior to arrival) or by a check of deposit.
